Drillora — Flutter Tool and Equipment Hire App with Laravel Admin

Book the tool. Bring it back. Keep the deposit.

Drillora — Flutter Tool and Equipment Hire App with Laravel Admin

The live preview on CodeCanyon is this app compiled for the web: the real build, not a video.

A customer app for one tool and equipment hire shop, with the Laravel admin that runs the counter. Customers see what is on the shelf right now, book it by the day, read the handover sheet at pickup and the check on return, and watch their deposit come back on the ledger. Your server, your shop, your brand.

What it does well

from the app
A shadow board you can read at a glance — Drillora screen

A shadow board you can read at a glance

Every tool sits on the board as a silhouette. Filled means it is on the shelf, hollow means it is out on hire, and the count under it says how many are left. Tap one and the next free day is already worked out.

Hire tickets by the day — Drillora screen

Hire tickets by the day

Pick the pickup day and how many days you need. The hazard band stretches across the calendar as you go, the rate steps from day to weekend to week on its own, and the deposit is printed on the ticket before you confirm.

Handover sheets both ways — Drillora screen

Handover sheets both ways

At pickup the kit is ticked item by item on a clipboard you can see on your phone. At return each item is marked fine, worn, damaged or missing, and the deposit ledger shows what was held, what came back and why.

Questions

Something else? Ask on the item's CodeCanyon page; the author answers there.

Does the app take payments?

Rent and deposits are settled at the counter and recorded by staff in the admin. The app shows the ledger, so a customer always knows what is held and what came back.

Can I run it without the back end?

Yes. Demo mode ships with a full shop, so every screen works on a phone with nothing installed. Point the app at your server when you are ready.

Where does the admin run?

Anywhere PHP 8.4 runs: a shared host with the included installer and phpMyAdmin guide, or one Docker command on a VPS.
