Leashora gives a single pet business both sides of its booking system. Owners use a Flutter app to book grooming, daycare or boarding drop-offs, store vaccination certificates, mark how each part of the coat should be cut, and read report cards after a visit. Staff run the day from a Laravel and Filament admin that confirms bookings, verifies certificates and writes those report cards. The two talk over one REST API, and both projects come in the same download.

The app opens in Demo Mode with a full sample studio, so you can review it before installing anything. When you are ready, an install script sets up the back end, a Docker compose file is included, and the deployment guide covers shared hosting and everyday upkeep through phpMyAdmin.

What do I need to run the back end?

A host with PHP 8.4.1 or newer and a database. Run the install script in the backend folder to check PHP, write the .env file, migrate and seed, or use the included Docker compose file. SMTP details are only needed for reminder emails.

Can I look at the app before setting up the server?

Yes. Demo Mode is on in the shipped app, so running it shows a full sample studio. Point it at your API when the back end is installed.

How do I remove the sample data before going live?

Use the Clear demo data button in the admin or the matching artisan command. It removes the sample records and keeps real ones. Delete the bundled sample pet photos too.
