Fieldora — Flutter Field Sales CRM App with Laravel Admin

A field sales CRM where the phone is the rep's main tool, backed by a Laravel and Filament admin for managers.

Fieldora — Flutter Field Sales CRM App with Laravel Admin

The live preview on CodeCanyon is this app compiled for the web: the real build, not a video.

Fieldora is a full-stack CRM for teams that sell on the road. Reps get a Flutter app that opens on today's work: overdue and due follow-ups, plus cards for new leads, open deals and wins this month. A lead can be entered in seconds and called, messaged on WhatsApp or emailed with one tap, then moved through its status flow and converted into a contact, company and deal. Deals live on a kanban board you drag between stages, with totals per stage.

Managers work in a Laravel admin built on Filament. Every record type can be created and edited there, reports show a conversion funnel, a team leaderboard and activity volume, and admin, manager and rep roles control who sees which records. The app talks to that back end over a Sanctum-secured REST API, and an install script sets the server up with demo data.

Features

  • Today workspace with overdue and due follow-ups and KPI cards for leads, open deals and monthly wins
  • Quick lead entry with one-tap call, WhatsApp and email, a status flow and conversion to contact, company and deal
  • Drag-and-drop pipeline board with per-stage totals, built on Flutter's own Draggable
  • GPS visit check-in that records location, an OpenStreetMap pin and a note, with a visit history timeline
  • Contact and company pages with a shared timeline of activities, deals and visits
  • Filament admin with full create, edit and delete for leads, deals, activities, visits, users and teams
  • Manager reports: conversion funnel, team leaderboard and activity-volume stats
  • Role-scoped visibility for admins, managers and reps via Spatie permissions
  • One-command installer that checks PHP, migrates, seeds demo data and prints the admin login, plus a Docker setup

Questions

Something else? Ask on the item's CodeCanyon page; the author answers there.

What do I need to run the back end?

PHP 8.4 or newer with Composer and MySQL on a standard host, or the bundled Docker setup, which brings its own PHP and MySQL. Run the install script and it prints the admin login when it finishes.

Can I try the app before deploying the server?

Yes. Demo Mode runs the whole rep workflow on bundled fixture data, so you can explore every screen first and connect the app to your own API afterwards.

What does a Regular licence cover?

One end product, which can be a CRM you set up for a client. Hosting the Laravel back end is arranged separately on your own server or VPS.
