Stallora is a marketplace where many independent shops sell through a single storefront. A buyer can fill one basket from several shops; at checkout the order breaks into a separate delivery per shop, each seller ships its own part, and each is paid out on its own after commission. You get every piece as source: a Flutter app for iOS and Android, a server-rendered Next.js storefront, an admin console, a vendor portal and six Spring Boot services behind a gateway.

The architecture is the point. Auth, catalog, inventory, order and settlement each run as their own service with a private PostgreSQL database. Stock is reserved with a conditional update so it cannot oversell, and cancellations and timeouts are undone through a Saga over a Kafka outbox. Commission is frozen onto each bill, payouts need a seller request and an admin approval, and reconciliation flags any mismatch for a person to review.

Features

  • Split checkout: one basket across shops becomes one delivery per shop, each settled separately
  • Six Java 21 Spring Boot services, among them a Spring Cloud Gateway and an RS256 auth service with JWKS
  • Database per service on PostgreSQL, with Flyway migrations and full-text product search
  • Saga with a transactional outbox on Kafka, at-least-once delivery and idempotent consumers
  • Commission resolved by shop, then category, then platform default, and locked onto the bill
  • Flutter app with Riverpod, saved session and cart, infinite scroll, per-shop order tracking and refund requests
  • Next.js 15 storefront with server-rendered product and shop pages, sitemap, search and checkout
  • Refine-based admin console and vendor portal, where each seller sees only its own rows
  • Docker Compose for all thirteen containers, Jaeger tracing across every hop and a deployment handbook

Questions

Something else? Ask on the item's CodeCanyon page; the author answers there.

What server do I need?

A VPS with at least 6 GB RAM (8 GB recommended) running Docker. The stack is several JVMs plus Kafka and PostgreSQL, so shared hosting or cPanel will not run it.

Are payments real?

Payments run through a mock gateway behind a PaymentGateway interface. The handbook walks through implementing that interface for your processor, including webhook idempotency.

Can I look at the app before deploying anything?

Yes. Building the Flutter app with its demo flag runs the full buyer journey on bundled data, and that build is what powers the live preview.
